Taking the “Talk to Boots PDC” Survey

Being the recipient of a delivery is usually a rewarding enough experience on its own without any added perks (who doesn’t like receiving a much anticipated package?). However, it appears Boots doesn’t mind adding to an already exciting experience by giving its delivery customers a chance to enter a monthly prize draw and win a sweet iPad Mini! Prior to entering the draw it will first be necessary to spend just a few minutes providing feedback on the delivery experience through the “Talk to Boots PDC” online survey. The survey can be initiated by entering the code found on the invite card along with the date and time of the delivery (a calendar is provided for the date and a handy drop down box is provided for the time). Once all of the required preliminary information has been entered the Start button can be clicked to proceed with the feedback. The opportunity to enter the draw will be presented upon completion of the Talk to Boots PDC survey.
Helpful Information on Deliveries and Collections from Boots
- Each package can be tracked using the links received in the dispatch email
- The “collect from store” option is now available at more than 2,200 locations
- Standard delivery may be FREE when spending over £45 on a transaction
- Delivers to pretty much every address in the United Kingdom (amazing!)
- Saturday deliveries usually occur between the hours of 7 AM and 1 PM
It should be noted that only one Talk to Boots PDC survey entry is allowed per person per week. In addition, only one winner will be chosen for each month of the prize draw (those who don’t win can always try again next month!). Prize winners will have 28 days from the day notice is received to claim the iPad Mini (better claim it or it’ll go to someone else!).
