One way a company can get customers to pay a bit of attention to a request for some honest feedback is by providing a little something called INCENTIVE. It appears Euro Car Parts has a firm grasp on this simple concept judging by its Your Part Counts customer survey. Those who successfully complete the survey will be presented with the golden opportunity to enter a Prize Draw for a chance at winning £100 in vouchers (if that’s not incentive what is??). In order to get started it will first be necessary to enter the location visited (a convenient drop down list is provided), date of the visit, and time of the visit. Once all of the required preliminary information has been entered into the Your Part Counts survey the Next button can be clicked to proceed towards the part of the process where some vital opinions about the experience can be relayed to Euro Car Parts.
A Closer Look at the Prize Draw
- Must be at least 18 and a resident of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland
- There will be 1 Prize Draw winner chosen for every 3 months (well worth the wait!)
- Whoever wins the £100 will receive notice via the email address provided at entry
- Winners who fail to reply after 3 email attempts may be disqualified (heads up!)
- The random prize drawings will be held before the last day of every third month
