There’s a lot of different ways to spend £100 at Wilko. Especially when it’s FREE. Perhaps that’s what makes the Wilko Share Your Winning Thoughts Survey so enticing. At any rate, you can get started with providing feedback by entering the information from your receipt.
How to Launch the Wilko Survey at www.yourwinningthoughts.com
Alright, the first thing you’re gonna need to do is look at your receipt and find out how much you spent. Once you have, go ahead and enter that amount into the survey.
Next, enter the date and time you made the purchase (hopefully it made for an EPIC day!).
Finally, you’ll need to enter the survey code before clicking the Start button to bring up the survey.
By the way, all of this information is located on your purchase receipt (so hopefully it’s not being transported to the landfill as we speak!).
After you’ve completed the survey, you’ll be given the golden opportunity to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a £100 Wilko voucher. So, maybe we should find out more about this event, don’t you think??
From the Survey Prize Draw Rules (www.yourwinningthoughts.com/rules)
- There will be a new prize draw every month (consistency is always nice!)
- Each of the monthly prize draws will award 1 voucher
- Lucky enough to win? You’ll need to wait 12 weeks before you can win again
- Rather have cash? Not gonna happen! You can only use the voucher in-store
- Winners will get notice within 15 days of the end of each draw
Finally, you can find out who won the recent prizes by clicking the winners link at the bottom of the survey. In addition to the winners list, the survey also provides a sample image of a Wilko receipt (it comes in handy when you can’t find that pesky little survey code!).
Oh, here’s the address in case if you have questions for the promoter of the draw:
Wilko Retail Limited
JK House, Roebuck Way, Manton Wood, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S80 3EG

i dont think i will win with my comment to day. I visited your WEYMOUTH store today and selected a razor blade card witch was one of six on the hook . I took it to the till and was told it was out of stock. I asked why all the cards on the shelf was there when you are out of stock. we have not got enough staff to take them of.she also mentioned the internet sales.when the so called manager came the exact answers was the same how is stock control done in your stores? i walked into ASDA picked the blades and paid for them.
I was shocked that you were out of packs of 16 Wilko’s own ibuprofen tabs priced at £0.40 each , That and your own brand of Paracetamol should never be OUT OF STOCK !!!!!!!
Hi I just thought I had to mention, whilst shopping in your store for a Beldray Cordless Hoover I simply approached one of you ladies to ask where I could find one.to which her reply was ‘ oh we don,t sell hoovers! I explained I saw online & it said InStock. The reply was maybe a bigger store, which okay then she went to sign on for her shift, telling me it may be in the cleaning isle. Eventually I did find what I wanted & cheaper than said online price. Result! I ended up being on Caroline’s till 0106 0161?? Who I previously spoke to & informed her I found one. To which NO comment whatsoever. It’s okay I am not complaining as I did find what I wanted & not really by a member of staff, unusual as normally so helpful. I just wanted to point out maybe staff DO need to know what is actually on the shelves. I understand she had to get to her workplace to relieve someone. It’s just on this occasion not great Customer Service.
I am always very pleased when I go to Wilko. Prices are so good, lots of choice and plenty of room on the shops!
I wanted to purchase some black printer ink. I took the card to the till, the lady looked in the cupboard but they had run out.
She said ‘management’ insist they leave the cards on the shelf, even though there was no ink to buy!
A very strange way to look after customers.
Recently entered your Store at Stourbridge West Mid. and was impressed with cleanliness of the store and tidy displays. There was an air o f calm competence overall. Staff and the Manager Steve demonstrated the positive model of customer care.
I got everything I wanted and was pleased with the prices. I will be back.

I often shop at Wilko and most of the times staff are friendly and helpful. Although most of the items are easily to find, I recently searched for something specific and there was absolutely no one around to ask. I suppose this was due to staff shortage (Covid-19!). However, after a long search I found a similar product.

Who in the world thought up the new checking out system
It is a complet shambles and in an effort to comply to cov19 rules has
Made it worse. People are queuing so close together with this new system
It beggars believe
Yesterday I shopped at ASDA then Tesco. All calm and orderly and swiftly
Through cashiers. I then entered YOUR shop Wilkinsons it was pure chaotic
Everyone trying to negotiate the closed off isles. Looking for good that have been
Moved around from isle to isle. All a jumble of half here and half there
I have never in all my 20 years of shopping with Wilkinsons seen it in Such a chaotic
Terrible state.
I was completely stressed out as were most other customers by the time I left the shop.
What idiot thought this up. I understand it’s a new male manager
SACK HIM.
I was shocked when I went to your Horsham store no member of staff offering hand sanitizers customer just walking in and out not using any it seems as if you think Covid has just gone away not much point wearing masks if you customers are spreading it with their hands
Only went in for some brown paper but came out with christmas lights as well, store shelves were full, plenty of colour and a good cheerful place to visit. Much easier to check out by doing it myself, NO long queues. Good experience. Going in the right direction
I went straight to foil trays which I purchase regularly for meals for my elderly father , lucky only 2 packs left.
Moved on to get my mouthwash which was on offer great so got 2 .
Then popped around to get pump connector for my bike .
Brilliant got all I needed in one store .
visited Chippenham store to-day and used self-service machine – extremely easy and quick

When I went into the franborough store today the staff who were on the shop floor were very helpful to me I am disabled so I have to ride a disable scooter, when I got to the checkout Jacqueline was the person who was the person who served me & she was very helpful as well she put the Xmas stuff into my bags for me which helped me a lot, if there’s a reward for being helpful I think Jacqueline should get it for helping me,
